Mission & Purpose At the RMHS Wellness Center, our mission is to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every student feels valued and empowered to take charge of their mental health and well-being. The RMHS Wellness Center is intended to provide students with a quiet, serene space where they can unwind, reset, and get back in touch with the learning environment. Together, we will explore various wellness practices, such as mindfulness, healthy coping skills, stress management techniques, and healthy lifestyle habits, to help students thrive both academically and personally.
